When we photograph and video your wedding, we like to capture what is true to you, and true to your wedding.

To work effectively in this authentic, documentary style, we need to be able to notice and capture those fleeting moments which can occur during a wedding day. We don’t know what those moments are going to be, until the day unfolds.

They may include, for example -

  • the excitement of your flower girl
  • your Mum’s emotion
  • the groom’s anticipation and surprise
  • the fun your wedding party has with one another
  • a relaxed moment between the two of you……

The photographs and video we take will create a record of what actually happens, with no demand for stiff posing and fake smiles. Yet we pay a great deal of attention to capturing you in a way which compliments your looks and grace.

In doing all this, we are generous with the number of images taken, with no limit on locations or time. The emphasis is always on quality, using the finest in cameras, editing and processing techniques.

After your wedding, you will find us at least as involved with you as beforehand. Relax over a cool drink or coffee as you see the story of your wedding day unfold on the big screen.

Viewing your video or choosing your images from as large as life-size is exciting and so easy. Then we will personally design a handcrafted album, or edit your video to display a unique coverage of your wedding day. Your album or video will be a one-of, due to the nature of our vision, design, and layout.

Here is what some people have said about their wedding photography experience with Richard:

Richard’s photography stands out so much above everything else that we’ve seen……..his incredible skill in using lighting and positioning people, his eye for detail, and his split-second timing have given us portraits we will treasure for years and years…….. Rod Pike

Richard; just a very quick message to congratulate you on that photo that you put of Katrina in the newspaper. We are still getting comments about it- how wonderful it was – just not one or two but many, many, many people have commented on that lovely photo that you have placed in the paper so well done…..
